if you dont want the sauce to be spicy, use chile guajillo and add a whole tablet of chocolate
PRO TIP!!!!
make sure to not stop stirring, the sauce will burn fast and once you burn it, there is no way to bring it back
Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken
1/2 onion
1/2 garlic head
salt I used 2 tbsp
corn tortillas
oil
for the sasuce
1/2-1 mexican hot chocolate tablet
1/2 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 roma tomato
15 crackers
8 new mexico or guajillo chile pods
1/2 tsp ground cinammon
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp sugar (optional)
1 cup mole dona maria
queso fresco
1 serving of love 💕

I have one question instead of eating the dish you made could we just use the mole sauce for just the basic mole dish like with the chicken shredded or chicken legs I want to make this but I don’t have the technique of rolling the tortilla they way you do. Can the Enmolada de rolled then placed in a baking dish and finished in the oven like I do with Enchilada. Yours look wonderful but were they cold when you served them?

You know I am having a problem in boiling my chicken , every time I try 30 mins , after boiling and placing chicken in more time; it comes out tough.

Easy mole sauce? 😳🤷♂️. Every mole I ever had was complicated and took an entire day! They were delicious, but mole honestly isn’t my favorite and I would never make it from scratch. Of course if someone else made it, I wouldn’t turn it down. 😉🙏🏻❤️

I feel the need to change into something more formal for dinner. 😏
I'm sure nobody will tell me this, but I wonder if a lot of content creators outsource the same production companies or use the same formula on their own. For instance, Mark Wiens and Best Ever Food Review always come out 30 minutes apart on Saturday. Claudia, Views and Simply usually are all posted within an hour of each other. Is it because they are tuned into the algorithm separately, or because they use a media production? Could be both I suppose.
I can’t tell you about everyone else I stayed focus on my channel only 😊 i been posting around the same time for a mi Ute already just because that’s what works for MY channel every creator has a way of checking analytics and there we see the best time our viewers are on 😊 I go from there I’m not with no agency and I do what works best for me 😊 also lately I been posting later than usual normally I post 5pm AZ time 😅but since the move we are trying to adjust and get it together, hope that answers your question

Your kitchen your rules ☺️ most people don’t rinse it to prevent the germs from getting to sink and splashing to other areas in the kitchen if you ask me, I rinse it and sanitize right after. It’s ok not to rinse it either, as the bacteria will get destroyed in the cooking process ☺️ at the end it’s your choice is ok if you do and if you don’t 😅
