Chester Zoo has never had dolphins. Perhaps you meant the sea lions, which they also no longer have.
They briefly still had a polar bear, hippo (next to the elephants) and brown bears. Other animals seen here that they no longer have included bison (American, I think) Père David's deer and Przewalski's horses.
