PUBG have some cool details like footprints in snowy areas , Molotov will spread more in wooden surface compared to other surfaces.But gameplay wise there are lot of changes like looting system, reviving ,taking damage etc.

If the ground is mud or wet ground the bullet shell will have a low sound if it is metal it will have a loud sound and if it is dry mud it will have a normal sound

In WARZONE you can cut and take off again more parachutes or glider whatever.. but in PUBG you can only use once as it's to be real.
In CODW loot items floats on the floor while in PUBG drops down.
In CODW the good thing is you can heal yourself up while in PUBG you can't, except in Deston which is you can loot self-revival medkit.
They made it like that on purpose. Not because they can't make it realistic. It's because they wanted it to be unique.

Its 2 different games. Warzone’s gameplay is so much more simplified to make it fast paced (health regen, armor plates, custom loadouts, killstreaks, etc) and a lot of people like these type of games, on the other hand PUBG focuses more to detailed and realism which makes it so much slower and again, a lot of people find that fun. Quit bashing which ones better because both are beautiful in their own ways, just play your preference!

He's playing on standard graphics for both of the games. The graphics that automatically set when you first download and play it. If it is possible that he may be playing PUBG on higher graphics than cod is because PUBG is able to optimize the high graphics so he'll be able to play without lagging. For cod as it is, if you have a standard or low gaming system then it'll be pretty hard to play on high graphics without lag. But still both games are great and has their own uniqueness. The only thing I do dislike about cod IS THE GOD DAMN STORAGE REQUIREMENT !

The only problem with Warzone is that it's too arcade-ish and the gunplay and ballistic is not as realistic compared to PUBG although graphic-wise it's much better obviously as PUBG was made in 2017 based on the old UE4 engine.
