    Nettes Video aus Bayern. 😁 Ich bin 2m und fahre mit dem OEM Windschild am besten. Mit der direkten Anströmung hast du einfach keine nervigen, lauten Verwirbelungen. Das Problem mit dem Quickshifter kann durch erneutes Anlernen in der Werkstatt behoben werden. Dies wird sowieso bei jedem Kundendienst gemacht.

    Havent even taken mine in for the 600mi/1000km service yet, but absolutely loving this thing. Should have 600mi on it in the first week no problem.
    A few little niggles here and there, but overall an absolutely awesome bike. I love the look of it too, Husky did a great job.
    Have had the same issue with my QSer. Try the Pro Shift Kit Vanasche sells to fix it, i ordered one myself, and it supposedly totally fixes the issue

    My dealer got in touch to let me know there is a new Husqvarna touring screen available (Im in EU). Will be testing it as soon as it arrives in, can let you know. Dealer also recalibrated my quick shifter after 1000km service which involved resetting position sensors. This resolved all gear change issues (false neutral and gear selection teething issues). Im still interested to know if you have any options for making stock exhaust sound better (you mentioned db killer?)

      @huskydrive  Рік тому +2

      yes, the only thing I’ve done so far is taking the DB killer out! And if you spill a bit with the drill, you can take out some of the cotton😉 you can then clean it up again. close it with a Akrapovic rubber.
      I will definitely ask my dealer to set the Quickshifter as well. Thanks for the tip! And please keep me posted on the windscreen.

      @@huskydrive I will, for sure. Did you do this with stock exhaust also before fitting akrapovic? If so could you do a video on that step for us? Enjoying your channel!

      @@willnugent My Akropovic was fitted by the dealer. The stock exhaust is not something that can be louder I think.
      I will make a video on the DB killer removal this week and post it.
      Also a video of modifications is coming soon:)

    As ADV bikes are becoming the more popular type, changing to a louder exhaust isn't always the best choice. Nether is throwing a rooster after every curve. If we all show a little restraint & courtesy especially off road, people who hike, bicycle & camp wont be turned off by motorized vehicles "invading" their space & create local restrictions in the future. Not a comment on this video just a mellow warning that loud pipes are for the road not the woods. Far & away from civilization is where these bikes are designed to stretch their legs.

    Ok I'm 6 foot 1 and looking at this bike. All my bikes now are naked bikes but don't want turbulent wind in my face. How's the comfort let's say if you were to ride for several up to 4 or 5 hours in a day? I want a bike I can travel on across country.

    • @huskydrive
      @huskydrive  Рік тому +2

      Actually, i drive sometimes 8-9 hours a day. And it's totally fine! It's a good travelling bike with lots of fun. Even if you don't come often above 130-140 km/h you don't really notice the turbulence.

      I’m 6 ‘2” and I love my Norden. In September I drove 8 hours through the Alps from Augsburg, Bavaria to Bergamo, Italy. Four days later back. I am having the OEM windscreen and no problem with the wind. It hits my breast directly so there’s no annoying turbulences to my head. I can recommend you the one-piece seat.

      Yes actually, it will happen. Just not sure about the fines and regulations in Germany 😅
