Dear Mr. Bansal,
I visited your dwarka sector 7 , delhi store on 1st July, and placed order for two pairs of glasses .
Till today ie 7th July , I am not clear about one of the pairs. Staff is not answering. Customer care is also not responding. I have been told my order has not sinked in the system. These were urgent pair of glasses required for my kid. My money is with the store and I am not getting the product neither the status of product. Is this the kind of delivery you commit .
