Sir, मुझे बिना किसी show cause के, बिना suspended किये, बिना transfer order के अन्य workplace से जहाँ मेरी ड्युटी नही हैं वहा से directly मेजर पेनल्टी charge sheet issue की गई. on duty muster sheet में कुटनीती कर, unauthorized absenty लगाई गई. झुठे गवाह बनाये गये, मेरे खिलाफ सभी सरकारी दस्तावेज fake, invalid बनाये गये. मामला रेल्वे डिपार्टमेंट का हैं.

This seems to be a case of purely private character. So writ petition may not be maintenable. You may have to take up other legal remedies available in law. For knowing what could be those please take advise of an expert lawyer of your choice by discussing the matter with him in detail.

Dear sir i want to highlight this matter its from haryana state of pharmacy council .i had submited my file in nov 2019 for my registration with all my docoment as per rule but now its sept 2021 i dont get my registration till the date
because i have done my diploma course out state. only this reason they are not doing their proper work more than 12000 files pending till date so i want to ask if i m going to writ aganist this matter so what is minimum duration for my solution regards this matter because without registration we are nothing and jobless from 2019

*करप्शन करके किसी व्यक्ति का पक्ष लेना यह एक अलग मामला है. उसके लिए अलग कदम उठाने पड़ेंगे. मगर ऐसा पोलिस ने करना यह अपना कर्तव्य करने से चूकनेकी वजह हो सकती है. वजह कोई भी हो अगर कर्तव्य करने से चुकती है तो रिट याचिका यह कानूनी उपाय हो सकता है. मगर पहले उनके उपरी ओफ्फिसर्स से तकरार करके देखे.*

Sir, in my case tehsildar is not effecting recovery against recovery certificate issued by RERA court.
Two weeks have passed but no result. Now my query is:
1.how much i have to wait for any result from tehsildar?
2.when can i file petition in pb haryana high court after issue of recovery certificate?
3. procedure for filing petition and court fee for petition and affidavit.

Constitution contains the provision for gram panchayat. But actual creation of gram panchayat is in the local laws of the state.

There is no fixed time limit but one has to file a writ petition within a reasonable time.

Yeah that's true. Section 97 of CrPC is also a very effective for search of persons. What is supreme court express that unfortunately that has been made a dead letter.

I think you can file a revision petition in Industrial Court...but please confirm from local lawyer.

यह प्रश्न कोर्ट के jurisdiction को लेकर है। सामान्यतः, Court ka jurisdiction यह, या तो प्रतिवादी कहां based है या उनका ऑफिस है इस पर, या फिर कॉज ऑफ़ एक्शन कहां arise हुई इस पर निर्भर करेगा। वादी कहां रहता है इस पर यह निर्भर नहीं करता। अब आप के केस में यह thoda samajh Kar देखना पड़ेगा कि कॉज आफ एक्शन जहां से आप ने अप्लाई किया वहां किसी वजह से उत्पन्न हुआ या नहीं। केवल east zone से आपने अप्लाई किया इस वजह से कॉज आफ एक्शन east zone में उत्पन्न हुआ यह अरगुमेंट जरा बॉर्डर लाइन अरगुमेंट रहेगा। It could be argued that cause of action arose at a place where you applied that means East zone. Take a chance arguing that. If the court accept that argument well and good. Else you will have to file the case in that court in which the cause of action can be said to have arisen.
