I can't believe i actually could find this on youtube, thank you so much!!!! i loved Qi Yandi's performance as Zhou Yuan in Love is Written in the Stars, but this time she was even better, i just kept rewinding her scenes she is an amazing actor. Li Geyang is incredible too i loved his performance in In Blossom but he's even better here, pairing those two was the best decision ever, i love this drama so much i'm gonna watch it again! definetly one of my favorite. Thank you :)

I wonder if the reason they do voiceovers so often is because it's cheaper and easier to record sound in a controlled audio booth versus renting and managing portable audio equipment. That way there's also more budget for costumes, makeup, and special effects.
That and from what I understand, not all actors can speak Mandarin without dialects to be "believable" for the story. Like a person with a British accent claiming he was born in Texas. Non-Mandarin speakers can hardly tell the difference, but for those who do can, it takes them out of the story.
