i loved the story line everything was good for me except that they were a little biased they were more interested in the prince and i felt like the could have shown more the little princess's character like they did with the prince "the heir" i just wish they could not be biased towards girls in these dramas
this story is soo out of touch with actual ancient times... whose children living in a noble home don't know they can't play in an ancestral hall?? also, the Emperor sleeps with a woman, leaving the possibility of royal descendants being conceived, plus she looks like a noble man's daughter, asks people to send her back to the city and he doesn't even inquire which noble house she belongs to? where did they left her then?? in the main street?

Wajarlah para kaisar, Ratu dan Ibu Suri hidupnya penuh dengan kutukan. Soalnya kalau berkuasa sangat kejam sekali. Hukum ditetapkan berdasarkan egoisnya saja. Itu kaisar juga cuma kaisar boneka yang tak punya pandangan dan juga sikap yang tegas. Cuma plongak plongok saja melihat keluarga perempuan di hukum dan diintimidasi. Kaisar seperti itu bagusnya umurnya pendek dan mati dengan cepat karena jika menjabat terlalu lama hanya akan membawa kesengsaraan bagi rakyat dan keluarga pejabat yang selalu menyerukan kebenaran.

This is my first time watching and I didn't think that the children did anything wrong; Just looking at those men laughing and smiling while the children watch their mother get beaten and I use to watch these drama's and most of the time it's an adult that would trick them into going inside places they shouldn't go in. And I really don't like it when people pass judgement without knowing the truth if the emperor didn't show up she would have been raped and even killed. And I believe that everyone has a voice and she should have spoken up to the Queen and said she was trying not to come but the people always threaten them about the Kingdom Laws and Edits so she had to come and she could have I wanted to speak to someone privately so the beautiful day can stay wonderful peaceful and beautiful as she explains everything so she can leave she just didn't want her family/ her father to be blamed for disrespecting the Queen Mother, Empress Mother and make sure the other ladies aren't upset and they can this banquet can still continue peacefully. And she can said THANK YOU MAJESTY who are Blessed from the Heavens and Thank you for understanding that every subject even nobles want to show respect and I wasn't trying to be disrespectful but I really was going to explain everything and asked one of the people under your authority that I shouldn't be hear and explain why and they would have explained everything to her Majesty. This FL couldn't even protect her children or herself even after getting the status of the queen! And her mother was useless too, all they could do was talk whilst the bad ones slandered an assaulted them. With all the damn guards available to her she decided to visit her parents without any protection, not even at least one guard, knowing that there were still nasty family members at home. With how weak she was I am surprised she managed to rear her kids to the ages of 5/6 🫤.
It was a simple story but yeah quite a annoying one and I would say in mainstream A grade Chinese drama also had these annoying plot like 5-6years ago .Queen Mother bullies and the prime minister also joined to make the Fl dead .But they would get spared as they are the member of royalty .😅 .Secondly sometimes family members are our enemies ,this is also here .I pretty much liked the two children❤ quite cute .And Fl is too beautiful and Ml is handsome too

Actors are great, leads are gorgeous, children are super cute, but the drama is super frustrating!!! It's like they didn't have any ideas & wanted to drag it. For the whole 30!!! minutes after seeing each other neither says the truth, which could stop the whole thing! The empiress-dowager nearby dies from anger, all the people around talk about how the Emperor can't marry not a virgin with 2 kids, FL is schemed against by her relatives, FL & her parents are repeatedly humiliated, threatened to be killed, her dad attends suicide for 2nd time, kids are brought & mistreated, FL attends suicide. All could be solved if ML said: "I'm the man who took her virginity", or FL said: "Emperor is the father of my children" P.S. They seem to be "relative" to Tanjiro (it's a joke, who understands) LOL. Her dad hit a stone & then a metal with his head and is alive, FL wanted to hit her head, but a eunuch interfered & she hit him with her head & he coughed blood...
Other than the costumes and the ML and FL leads’ good looks, there’s not much to recommend this drama. It’s like an even lower quality story than the nonsense modern ones with similar plots.
