And Huffy looks like Stan Hansen.
Hell, one of the common enemies looks like one of the bosses from Vendetta/Crime Fighters 2. The dude with the chain weapon. And that specific character is modeled after that one asian dude from the old JCVD movies from the 80's and 90's. Whats his name, he's the villian in every movie, bald headed. It was the movie where he had to fight sandman in the end. At one point he faced off against a mexican gangster in a laundryroom, that guy had a buddy to back him up. He had a chain as a weapon. Whoever that actor is, is who i'm referring too.

You know the arcade era was a weird one before pc and console at the time.
The first boss literally throws an infinite supply of molotov at the player and after the true first boss who looks like an average joe on the street just simply pushes the car away with ease for a fight
