Hi everyone! Could you let me know if you found this video and it's tips around hooded eye lids helpful? I hope you're all doing well and have a great week ahead. Let me know if you have any questions ... I will be happy to answer them!
I am so glad I found your tutorials. You hit on problem areas I can relate to and its obvious your techniques are polished but also a beginner can follow. Wedding season LOOK OUT 😍
Do you have any recommendations for palettes with sheer shadows as opposed to shimmer shadows? I have a lot of texture on my eyes & sometimes want a little glow on the eyes.
+Aimee Clewell Hi Aimee, powder eyeshadows basically come in 3 different finishes. Matte, sheen, frost. You will want to stick with sheens or mattes. Sometimes adding a sheen in the middle of your lid can provide just a hint of a glow while keeping the rest of your eyeshadows matte. The problem with a lot of eyeshadow palettes is they come with frosted shadows which won’t be ideal for you. Sometimes buying your sheen shadows individually is the best idea and more economical. Always have one good matte palette that you use consistently and then add individual sheen colours separately. MAC, MAKE UP FOREVER, URBAN DECAY and VISEART are some of my favourites shadows. They also make some good palettes but I also buy them individually as well. You may also want to consider matte or sheen cream eyeshadows. With textured lids cream shadows work wonderfully. I like REVLON, LISE WATIER and BOBBIE BROWN. I hope this helps!
watching this I noticed my left upper eyelid drops too...but what would you recommend for those of us who have itchy inside corner eyelids? as a custodian I dont wear makeup alot, but would like to come back to it since daughter will be getting married next spring...thanks

Your itchy eyelids sounds like a reaction to a product or even a dry patch? Is it something you deal with all the time or when you only wear makeup?
