@@Watykaniak tf are you smoking "no hull armor"? tier 8 and 9 TDs not firing gold have to hit the small 268/4-like strip that's called "lower plate" to penetrate. And that's TDs, other tanks have much less pen. the only real weakness is overmatching, and large cupolas, and even then any shitter could pick it up and deal 900 in one hit with a hesh that has no downsides. It has a much better armor profile, better shells for its tier, and the same rocket booster mechanic.
I think this tank is in a really good spot right now its fun but also balanced. They could fix the t8 prem by just making it so that it has a weak turret that way ramming and everything else with it is still fun but its not inpenetrable
They should put down the dmg. You cant play tier 8 anymore because in almost every game there is a bz waiting to give you 800dmg and ruining your battle

If the bz just had slightly higher than normal he pen it would be a lot better as it still would keep its ramming potential and it penning a heavy for 800 would be a rare occurence
People who said that this tank is bad clearly don't realize that speed is one of the most important tools you can have in this game. There's a reason why polish mediums could do really well in this game in both pubs and competitive despite of it being mediocre at everything else. This tank also have pretty good armor at frontal parts that are not the weakspots. Normally huge weakspots would indeed be a trouble for heavy tanks, but you have HP to tank shots and your booster could become a tool to run/chase, avoid shots, flank, and ram to simply kill enemy before they able to shot back. Yes the premium is broken beyond belief, but that is a separate issue.
It's not bad, but it's pointless when 260 or 277 exist, which have even better speed all the time (they go faster than bz with rockets on+its so slow without them), way better guns and actually a reliable armor profile. I'd say it needs a good hull (like a massive lower plate buff and a bit on the upper) to make it actually worth playing

Here's the thing. After WG screwed up their own game with the hull down meta monsters even if they now start releasing things like this tank noone will give a single f*** about it. As long as they have the "comfort" of an unpenetrable turret and good gun (S. Conq, Chief, Kran, etc...) noone is willing to play with actually fun / normal tanks. But the video was nice :D
S Conq has two decent weak spots you can pen when it peaks, Kran hast shit infra lip and pen, but it’s still a decent tank, although you almost never see them anymore, and the chief….. fuck the chief, I got some bad blood with them

as someone very good at the game said: The most fun heavy tanks are the ones that are accurate in close combat, and have good stab to shoot weakspots and wiggle while reloading so that their weakspots aren't hit. From the gameplay, this is exactly it. very mobile with boosters tanks that can hit shots in brawls, but isn't good for sniping. Seems extremely fun

World of Tanks has rocket boosted tanks now, huh? I played a bit of it way back in the day before War Thunder got ground vehicles and it looks like WoT is quite a bit different than I remember.
Thing is though these tanks would be okay without the boosters, I have no idea why WG would need to put this gimmick in the game. Personally I'd rather see that time and effort going into good maps.

I managed to out speed this very tank in my 1-5 while he was using his jet boost. I think this line might be dead on arrival due to how much it had gotten nerfed.
Honestly, nothing can beat 60tp in terms of brawling, armored, reliable and accurate hard-hitting machine. 705A couldn't and as a matter of fact, while it is sure a nice gimmick to have that speed, in my personal experience and opinion this tank comes nowhere near, but it's FUN. 60tp isn't THAT good at brawling, its got weakspots everywhere in its hull armour, I once killed a 60tp in my 705a as a one shot while he was a two shot. pretty easy to kill one if you know where to aim.
Just going to slowly grind these... No free XP allowed rule this year for me... I think it's a line you either love or don't meaning you can make it work or not... Keep up the good work. Cheers.
I'd really like to know what the jerks in WG in charge of the balancing department were smoking when they released the BZ-176. It's an absolute joke at tier X matches but when it faces tier 6-7 you can literally go drown. I've seen triple platoons of that diabolic tank and it's just nuts.
I wish they would have given them the derp guns, even if the derp guns were nerfed. They'd still be worse than the bz176 but they wouldn't just be a worse 705A
when i was playing this tank on test server, i just can't play becose this gun hit 2 of 10 shots. I think this tank could be good but when you can play kranvagn, vz55 or other op tanks, this bz is just a not funny joke
Honestly, the tier 9 is just flat out better. Don't spend the time and credits for the 10. You will kick yourself for doing it. Also the tier 8 was probably one of the worst tanks I have ever had to grind in the game.
The actual Chinese researchable line is somewhat balanced. The BZ in it's testing phase had: 1100/650. Reload: 27 seconds. 75/225 HE/AP And they fucked it up completely by doing a seriously scummy move and changing it to: 650/800 208/227 AP/HE Reload: 19.7 seconds And the usual dispersion fuckery This kind of greed to sell lootboxes is what will kill this game over time. Really disappointed in their decisions lately. All done to offset sanctions put upon Belarusian business.
Tanks is at best mediocre. Slow if you don’t take turbo, low dpm, very derpy gun. Armor is nonexistent… You are pretty much fast to give xp to enemy. You have tank that needs to trade without armor and derpy gun with not best pen and 650dmg ( 590 with rng ). Imagine having almost all tier X tanks and waiting for this to come out… What description we had 2 months ago. Strong armor with big alfa and flex gun elevation. This is large xp box for enemy. No point in grinding it in my opinion… It will be overlooked in 3 weeks period. Just one missed opportunity by wg. Game is getting worst every update. More and more premiums and battlepasses to spend our money one without any enjoyment.

This thing with bond turbo and field mods is great. It's basically a 705A gun but you have the mobility to get in position before most heavies.
