@lowdl the car is truly wonderful. my dad had the same mk2 ❤️ when I was growing up. Man he wrecked it. I love the way you set it up for track and drag 🔥
@@reactorb It won't work. It doesn't have a protocol that can communicate with the dash. You will need to use it like mine, as a standalone with limited inputs.

@@rashiedabrahams8981 My gearbox doesn't have speed out. I'll need to fit a wheel speed sensor and then send that to the ecu and then to the dash. So that's why I haven't done it yet. And I used Brake Super Service in Woodstock. 💪🏽
@lowdl hopefully it'll be fitted in the video after killarney track day video hehehe. From a viewers POV I'd like to see speedo working too especially when you ripping it on the track
@@rashiedabrahams8981 you're going to wait a while for the Speedo to work. You won't really see the speed on track because the dash isn't clear from the POV I use. I'll need to add speed overlays which is something I need to mess around. My GoPro has GPS data I can work with.

There next to goeie hoop is a place fastener warehouse, if you have a sample of the screws they might have for you

What was the difference in oil temps before and after oil cooler? Driving and taking temps...What size is the oil cooler
Unfortunately I don't have pre oil cooler temps. The oil cooler is pretty small, 5/7 row. But it worked perfectly on track.
