They don't use it normally, but it this case they obviously did. Think about it, both Dexter and Noodles are perfectly on pitch, and they weren't nearly this good on the other shows in 2008. Plus, their tones are different as well.
Don't think it was Dexter's decision.. More likely Yahoo applied the autotune after the gig was already recorded.. But there is definitely a fair bit of autotuning going on here...
The autotune is pretty obvious, yeah, but I like to think that Yahoo applied it after the fact, without necessarily consulting the band about it. From what I've seen, even though they're getting right up there in age and their vocal chords are starting to fail, they at least have the integrity to perform their shows 'legit'.
