no dear. First traces of Beauceron are 500 years old. Far older than Doberman and Rottweillers... it's actually the opposite. Beaucerons were most probably used to create those two breeds.
@@carolinemarchand4743 Sorry, I'm a beauceron owner but while what you said about the Doberman being a younger breed is true (actually partially made from the Beauceron), the Rottweiler origins trace back all the way to the Roman Empire.

They were originally bred for herding sheep but like the German Shepherd can also make fantastic guard dogs.
