hi i have a spro and want to turn on buzzer and motion for cars and humans so it goes off on dvr and turn off motion detection on my mobile can please help

Hi Billy,
Could you advise what you are using to detect humans and vehicles on your recorder, is it SMD, motion or IVS?
To turn the buzzer on you will need to go into the appropriate menu and select buzzer. For example it is motion detection for channel 1 you will need to turn it on in there.
Turning the notifications off on DMSS is done by going into the app and then device. Click on the 3 dots on the right hand side and go to device details. Go to multichannel alarm subscription and turn it off.

Hello when using Motion Detection how can I stop it from detecting cats and just detect humans please. Also when I set the region setting it still detects things outside of the region settings. thanks for your time.

We noted in a previous comment that your recorder features Smart Motion Detection, which is designed to intelligently distinguish between human and vehicle activity as opposed to non-human or non-vehicle movements. It is unusual for the system to consistently detect activity from cats when Smart Motion Detection is enabled and functioning correctly. However, this situation might warrant adjusting the camera's sensitivity to better accommodate your specific environment. To address the issue, please consider the following steps:
Access your camera's settings through the web interface.
Locate the Motion Detection settings and ensure that Smart Motion Detection is activated.
Set the sensitivity level to 'Low' in order to reduce the potential for false alarms
After implementing these changes, please monitor the camera's performance and inform us if the problem persists. We would be more than happy to offer additional support if needed.

Hi can you confirm if this is possible i have been asked by a customer
Cctv scenario
Detection area / line crossing is for driveway 2 cars are on there
Set timer approx 11pm activates
Person enters the boxed area when activated, can I set a voice warning please leave your being recorder bla bla
And then say after 8 seconds if they are still in the area the siren and flashing lights activate?
Aswell notification to there phone ?

Our recorders will be able to do most of what you need.
The only thing we can’t provide is the initial audio message before the sirens and alarms start. On our systems when the tripwire or intrusion zone is triggered it will do the lights, sirens or both. It won't change what it is doing if the trigger is still happening. The sirens and flashing lights can be scheduled via disarming on the recorder. You can get push notifications for these triggers on the app.
The above is all assuming the cameras are active deterrence cameras and that they are on a suitable SPRO recorder.
