- Here, I asked a business owner, someone who works in the property sector, and a fashion marketing employee about their work in Amsterdam, and the financial aspect of living here.

Well, he mainly builds his own websites from which he profits. I can imagine through ads, etc.
I’ve met people who work full time on a 40h workweek basis…
Of which some of them practically work 70h a week.
This gentleman has a nice life 👌🏽
In what field did they work in? Because the Netherlands is often known for a comparably good work-life-balance.
@@TheMovementHub Honestly that is BS. I have mates in higher function in Finance/Insurance kinda work and they work by law 40 hours a week but they work way way more if you include everything. Bit its just more informal work.
Oh yes I also know people in similar functions who work like that. But I guess that is kind of normal in those high-level jobs or those that involve commission (like insurance). The harder you work, the more you earn.
Now try someone on social minimum (1300 euro's) in Amsterdam, how do they cope?
I guess in that case moving out has to be the way to cope. Anything else I consider difficult. Or you're extremely lucky with your rental contract/live with family.
Who earn tha?
1300 is below minimum wage so absolutely unrealistic example
