Stock pajero is very capable in dune bashing. However the rear bumper tends to scoop sand and break off so a rear skid plate is necessary. Front skid plate is made of fiber glass so might as well change it to aluminum. If your pajero is 2011 model or earlier, it has auto shift up even if in manual mode. So it is better to have it ecu tuned to delete that auto shift up from the PCM/TCM
