That bait and switch story: Minimum diligence would require that OP look up the VIN and confirm who owns the vehicle. There are plenty of fraudulent ads for vehicles that either do not exist or were never in the possession of the dealership advertising them.
Pepping Tom story ironically if the neighbor had permission to mount the cameras on the light and utility poles then they would've been legal just like cameras on their own property depending on laws in the various states. The camera in the tree would never pass muster
