After a lot of unnecessary backlash on Twitter, I felt like I needed to address certain things that were said. That's why I filmed this under the form of a GRWM. All the products used for my make up are tagged.

Thanks for the video! Great talk! Regarding the mariage though, you don't need a lot of money, you can go to the court house and do the mariage with just 2 people. You can have a pastor pray for you and that's it. The family/traditional part can wait for things to get fixed but at least before God, you did what you have to do (you respected the state authority and prayed for your union).
I did it, many people with family issues did it. You can do the big party later like you said. Wedding and mariage difference. You have everything with your man, just do the steps to be in line with God and not continue to live in sin. You are strong and doing amazing. ❤

Very true ! It broke my heart when I hear people saying that « a wedding [party] is too expensive so that’s why I don’t want to get married ». Because normally, if you are a Christian, we get married because God asks us to do so. He doesn’t want us to live in cohabitation. Marriage is supposed to reflect the union of Jesus and His Church. Marriage is not just about partying (organizing a party is fine if we want one and can afford one but if there is no party, it is still a wedding). It does not have to be big, even 20 people around you is really fine
@@marthehelenekinkela8348 I gave 3 reasons why marriage isn’t in our plans for now and the only thing you concluded out of that is that it’s expensive… while that is not even THE big issue. God doesn’t want us to live in cohabitation but you do not know the reason why we do. The lesson in this video is: stop judging people without knowing everything and you’re doing the opposite 😉
If it was that simple it would’ve been done already. In our situation it’s not so I would kindly ask you to stop judging and forcing things that are absolutely not in our control…

J’ai beaucoup aimé ton recul et ta maturité face à ce sujet. C’était très instructif, surtout qu’il m’est déjà arrivé de parler de la vie des star. Elles aussi sont des humains avec les mêmes problèmes familiaux et autres que nous et on a souvent tendance à l’oublier.

I know a few couples who have a tumultuous family background so traditional marriage wasn’t on the plate at the time so they had a solemnisation ceremony (which is the ritual performing the marriage) so that they could bring their Union before God atleast before trying for children

Tbh mariage isn’t that expensive, it depends on how you want your event to be. But no one really knows the ins and out of relationships and also we all have different situations. People find it easy to give judgements in situations they don’t know about. Wishing you all the best and May all of your plans work out in God’s will.
Its actually really sad that strangers enjoy seeing others going through a hard time just because they are bitter themselves but the funny thing is u can be as happy as u want to see others going through a hard time but it wont change your situation 🤭 you still will be miserable, jealous, toxic and a hater.
