    Great work Buddy
My personal experience , but not judgmental comment….
When using brick cleaner use full PPE … goggles, face mask (full face mask advised) , long arm rubber gloves + waterproof clothing.
Advise customers to never disturb or come close during cleaning method. They can get burnt from excess splashes etc,.
Then as opposed to using a hard floor broom,… Get a stiff bristle hand held brush and using dip and apply method to agitate the solution in to the walls,. Avoid rotation method and try stick to brushing either horizontal or vertical the way bricks are laid,. That way it ensures all bricks are evenly agitated as opposed to rotational pattern,. Leave it to soak in then rinse with a hose,. I avoid jet washing really simply to avoid the mortar joints washing out and/or the jets don’t leave marks on bricks,.
This method is far more physical than using a long brush but it’s the only way really
Loved the content tho buddy just subbed 👍

Can't beat a pressure wash ahah me personally I use a 2 water to 1 mix and put it in a hand pump sprayer, I then apply it generously (without soaking the wall), give it a good brush with a plastic bristle brush and any tough or deep stained bits I get a wire brush on, afterwards I hose the whole wall down.
Keep in mind though this is when I do garden wall jobs so sometimes I'll take a brick off the wall and scrub them down individual if they're really stained.
The best advice I can give is to just use it more often, get confident with it, play around with the mix and the tools you use.

Sounds like the pressure washer did all the work. 👍

Its actually acetic acid you need for efflorescence. Its essentially high strength vinegar but it neutralises the salt. Its an early stage of a damp proofing process

Brick acid does one job and that is to dissolve alkali ( mortar ) It doesn't remove anything else.

I cannot believe what I’ve just watched. You documented the defendants evidence for them, they’ll be able to use this court. I hope Haleigh gets a good settlement and can employ a professional to repoint the brickwork.

You may find it's not efflorescence. You could try some kind of hypo as it could be organic? I'm not sure to be honest

@@SMOUT_ hi I used sodium hypochlorite on a wall it cleaned the wall brilliantly, but would not remove the efflorescence even with a 4800psi jet washer

With all due respect because you are in a different country!!! Why don't you just use a 4-6% SH mix. Let it sit for 10 min then rinse. It would be spotless after and if not then do it a second or third time. It's so quick

SH doesn't remove efflorescence, it kills biological material not mineral deposits. Acid does.
