The ufc fighter you are referring to is Schevchenko, completely different spelling. I am not Croatian, but I think you are supposed to pronounce the C as S so try to say Svjetko.
Did I not say it like that? 😂
@@JudoHighlights2015 Not even close 😄Currently, you are saying something closer to Shevjetko. You are adding some letters like the first "e" at the beginning, which are not in her name. Good info from the guy above, try to pronounce it as Tsvyetko. Ts as in tsunami, and j is pronounced as y (as in youtube).
@@JudoHighlights2015 sorry for correcting you last week, it's pronounced tzvietko, thanks for taking your time to learn it
Well well well Ms Polling welcome to team Italy! I love it!
Polling probably come to italy because she was struggling with olympic qualification with the netherlands, they were saying she’s allowed because she’s married to an italian or something. And btw italy have pedrotti (2nd at the linz gp) at 70kg
she was living in italy for 8 years already. It was probably awkward to live in a country and represent another. Supposedly some law changed this year in italy that allow her to get military salary while training full time if she got citizenship. It makes sense to go for it especially cause van dijke will probably go to olympics for the netherlands
Seemed like Tokareva was going for okuri ashi barai, but Yeats Brown's kouchi gari was just a bit faster
I feel like Boltaboev is technically in newaza and therefore the makikomi wasn't really a score? However, this is also splitting hairs xD
2:40 I would call it uki gatame (as in knee on belly) as the knee is floating on uke's hip
I think it isn't uki gatame. If it was uki gatame Tori would have to sit on the uki and it isn't this case. I think it is kata gatame at modified to clasical yoko shiho gatame in finally.
@@judojudo3808 Sit on the uki? What's that?
Uki is floating btw
@@jonlasarte9690 Maybe I don't use good word. In Uki gatame Tori crosses by one leg the Uki's body and little spins him around a bit and Tori has him between her legs and basically immobilizing him. Mostly this osaekomi is used when Tori fails to separate the uki's hand and he can't use juji gatame. Maybe I explain it better now. Therefor at 2:40 I don't think it isn't uki gatame.
@@judojudo3808 Ah, now I understand what yoh are saying. What you say it's called uki gatame but this one is too:
ua-cam.com/video/WA8KnRM0qnw/v-deo.htmlfeature=shared
This are different variations with the same principle so they have the same name. Nevertheless, I don't think any of them are oficial.
@@jonlasarte9690 Thank you for your link. But I think it isn't same situation. Yes Tori has left leg on Uki's belly at the moment. But not because Tori wanted to leave this leg there but because uke stopped this leg there when Tori freed this leg from the grip of uke's legs. I think Tori wants to get to Uke's side all the time and start osaekomi there like in the kata gatame technique. In the finally tori changed it to yoko shiho gatame then.
I dont really understand what hip diving is
Head diving?
@@JudoHighlights2015 idk, is that what you said?
@@JudoHighlights2015 something diving

I don't like Lavrentev. He is good at ne waza, but he only uses it in 2 out of 10 fights. In the other 8 fights, he only looks for the opponent's hansoku make.
starting with the grand slam in portugal and ending in Astana, he has the only one opponent's hansoku make, shavdatuashvili in europe 1/4, in all other fights, he won by throw, submission and osaekomi,
@@user-jv1iq3cg6s that is so false. You didn't watch him in those tournaments.
@@ManuAtletico9I watched all his fights this season, only one hansoku make, in europe championships again lasha
@@user-jv1iq3cg6s Yesterday he was seeking for hansoku make against Lombardo and Abdurakhmanov. In the European he did the same against Gaba, Lasha and Raicu. And i could continue all the day.
@@user-jv1iq3cg6s and i could Talk about those matches in which Lavrentev seeks for hansoku make but the fight goes luckily to the floor and then he wins thanks to ne waza. Those ne waza victories don't hide the fact that he was seeking for the opponents hansoku the whole Game.
It's big nonsense in actual judo ! what do you doing Misters of international federation....money money perhaps!
