It’s true that it’s hard to sing on your back and not have bad intonation. However, if you have good experience, and really breath control it’s not as hard as it seems. He seems like a very talented vocalist, so I’m not shocked that he could pull it off so well.
I don't want to ruin the mood, but the sound was probably recorded before and then he just filmed something to go with it.
