I was there for four years, in 2019 I lost my job and I was depressed, I chose to fast past 40 days and nights. No drinking, smoking,sex,tv,social media,music.i stayed in the Bible and meditated on the most high and Bible only, salt baths one white candle. Limited contact with friends family.
