Kathleen was definately murdered. All evidence including the blood and position of her body indicate this. Not to mention the motive. He did it and only served 8 years before getting a new trial. He was originally done for murder then done for manslaughter. They gave him the sentence he already served which means he walked free. There's a documentary on it where someone said they watched it, claiming he didn't have the attitude of an innocent man. His nonchalant attitude gave off the impression he was guilty. Now, he's an American novelist (who the hell would actually willingly publish anything from a murderer??!). In other words, he's a murderer and a free man partially at least, making a living and a profit from his wife's murder. Also note, as much as I love watching these cases on youtube, they don't tell the whole story. They make it seem as if justice is truly served, but I've watched at least two men get out of their original sentences and freed, but they fail to mention this. This is one of those cases.
I absolutely hate the floating window on the Home Screen, you can’t minimize it and do a search, I wish they would revert back to the way it used to be
I like this show, 48 hours and Dateline are complete garbage anymore. They give the killer more attention than the family of the victim and victim themselves and it’s disgusting.
Paul Gruber's case is on previous episodes. Stolen identity after he was murdered. He was a retired school teacher. I work in an elementary school...our job is far from high profile.
I’ve been waiting ND! Home after surgery and ready for this episode! Thank you. Enjoy fans! 😂🥰
It just never gets old, right!? Thanks!
Wishing you a speedy recovery. ❤
Praying for your recovery

2250: If I had seen this picture, as a juror I would not have had any problem voting guilty!

The PLASTIC BAGS!!!
What about those PLASTIC BAGS? 😳
Esses casos em sua maioria são de pessoas de uma classe social mais alta. Não lembro de ver em lugares onde as pessoas moram em lugares mais simples 😢
