Chris, you do you man, I think you have by far proved all these people who are telling you how to run your business and a farm is a business how what your doing is all wrong .I am so Happy for you 🚜🇺🇲
Great job Duffy! And kudos to Isaiah for being there for you. Solid of him to be a great friend of yours. Best of luck for the rest of harvest to you, you deserve it. Like your vids ,never miss watching them.
Chris, boys need a day off when they're sick lol, very good friends to work when there very sick ,the combine is running good, good job my friends keep up the good work and sick boys get better.
We turned a slurystore into a grain bin several years ago. Great use for an otherwise useless space since we quit dairy and transitioned to grain. It was quite the project but has worked well.
The farmer my dad works for owns three trucks to move beef. Two are on the road, and one of the three is usually in for maintenance or repair. So yeah, makes sense to me you own three, even if two are day-cabs and setup for manure. The more important part is having the two drivers to keep the working two trucks moving.
that's a good friend to work sick we had to call the squad for a friend of mine this year at least you didn't have to do that. My friend was fine he just over did it after a surgery
Excited to see the corn coming in hope Isaiah gets to feeling better terrible that he's feeling sick 🤢 keep doing what you're doing and I'll keep watching I appreciate you very much. And I'm from the Missouri it's called a grain cart lol those things that tractors pull are cold buggies war wagons and around here the Amish buggies the whole grain lol
Buggy....cart....who gives a sh_& what it's called we know what it is and what it does. No different than field cultivator....or digger. It's where you are from as to what it's called. Keep up the harvest Chris! Glad the hydro held up!
As you said long term. Which I am assuming will eventually be bins and a dryer system for yourself. Also how's the actual yield been as far as bushels per acre. That's what we all associate with that actually know grain farming not just tonnage
Just a reminder. Only take criticism from older experienced farmers. The others opinions mean nothing. You will find that the older farmers will not likely criticize but offer advice and encouragement because they have been there and done that. As far as the grain cart or any other farm equipment that you use 3 weeks out of the year. You run it regardless of the shape of the tires. You have to many other expenses to be putting on new tires that sit the other 49 weeks of the year. Your Air compressor is one of most important pieces of equipment on a farm.
A break down "free day". Who could ask for more? Your efforts to get the combine and the Parker wagon in dependable operating condition paid off. It's amazing what you can accomplish with two working pieces of equipment and a friend such as Isaiah who hung in there as long as he could. A true friend indeed. That's not unusual for a "real farmer".
Hi just to say a buggy has 2 wheel like the old 2 wheel horse buggy a cart has 4 wheels like the old horse open cart a wagon is a coverd wagon like the old pioneer wagon horse drawn good stuff Chris 😊
Who cares how many trucks you have who cares how many tractors you have them people are just jealous they don't have anything keep running your older stuff it still works if it ain't broke don't fix it ankle in people humanoids just jealous
Duffy, Leaving your unloading auger out while you are combining is a really, REALLY bad thing. All it takes is one mistake and you will destroy that wonderful old machine. I can tell you without question, that if you don't change that habit, it will bite you in the future. I'm not trying to be a smart ass here. I am trying to help you !!!
Your gonna be disappointed if you think that Big Cam is gonna pull better than Mack if it has a 460 in it. Hopefully that Cummins stays together if you keep your foot out of it.
It wouldn't matter what you did if you change the tires to match half the people will be here bitching about you doing that, leave them like you did and you get people complaining about that. Getting through harvest and putting as much money in the bank as you can and maybe changing out the tire next year is what matters. If you're going to go with that turf-type tire those things are not cheap I put a set on my triaxle shit tank 26x28L i was out $18000, $3k each
Oh my god..... I laughed my ass off from you saying the experts know what they are doing when talking about tires.... BOOM take that keyboard experts..
Friendship in never ending,he kept going for as long as he could, because tomorrow he'll know you'd do it for him, that's a real friendship.
Pulling through even when he’s sick, that’s a real friend.
A good friend is one of those things that you can’t put a value on.
Glad to see everything working so well. Two weeks ago I was worried about things. I'm such a good worrier I worry for other people.
Chris, you do you man, I think you have by far proved all these people who are telling you how to run your business and a farm is a business how what your doing is all wrong .I am so Happy for you 🚜🇺🇲

Grain cart, grain buggy, or big green thing that holds corn? It all works.

You should look around for a decent grain trailer
No, you don’t need Ben extension. You gotta remember Chris. Your machine is old like mine things break easier.
so that what 80 bushel corn looks like .
The small majority might’ve missed that because you forgot to say that, but you don’t want the turf tire
And Isaac 😂🙏🙏🙏
Who's isaac ?
Better call your significant other to run cart for you
His girlfriend left him and he has a new child
@Bungoonafarm you need to ask him before you get told off .
