what do you think of tangerine cashback card or simplii cashback card with 4% back on restaurants and cafes? they dont have annual fees and also have good welcome fees.
I am a canadian i just turned 18 and i got a rbc ion card for the first time about a month ago and now I have a credit score of 665 can i still get the amex cobalt if I have a month of good credit history only?
It had a pretty strong bonus currently, but the $139 annual fee is a bit high for the benefits in my opinion. You can get an Amex Cobalt or Scotia Gold for around the same annual fee and get stronger earnings rates.

It’s hard to say, but it’s not the end of the world if you get rejected. Just wait a few months for your score to build and apply again.

How about Amex Green?
It’s a pretty good starting card, but the fact that Amex is still not accepted everywhere holds it back
