Despite all the refereeing mistake that entire first half we just look like a slow team with no movement and desire to actually create threat. Yamal who is 16 is bringing all the danger and creativity through the pitch this is actually shocking, we need to be more creative and dominant as a team in the attack

Agreed with this - since when have we been a team that is too afraid to take the fight to our opponents and attack them. With this game and against PSG, we were willing to sit back and we invited all the pressure to the point where it felt like it was only a matter of time.
Our mentality is that we are inferior and so we are afraid to go out and compete. Yamal and Cubarsi are the shining lights and the fact that we are so dependent on a 16 and 17 year old is shocking and also confirmation that we don't need to go out and spend big all the time.
We should give chances to Cassado, Faye etc and build the team around La Masia players and purchase where we need to add depth etc.

Hang on to the core academy kids (Balde, Gavi, Yamal, Cubarsi, Fermin, Guiu, Fort) + Barca B purchases like Pedri, Araujo, Faye, Darvich; but blow up the rest of this team. Raise funds by selling FDJ, Kounde and Raphinha. Bench Lewandowski. Let Roberto, Alonso and depending on finances - Iñigo - go. Either get rid of Ter Stegen or at least bring in one GK who can challenge him.
Bring in an elite coach with experience like Flick instead of Xavi or Marquez. And then sign a top notch DM, a starting RB, and a good winger who can actually dribble and beat defenders one on one. And as mentioned above, competition/replacement for Ter Stegen.
We should have exploited Camavinga’s yellow and instructed Yamal to keep going right around him instead of cutting in. Going right was working…

I was happy and im happy about the fact that xavi is leaving. We really didn't look like we are playing this match to win, we played like cowards after every time we scored. This has been the case almost throughout the season.

So Fermin has two options available to him at this point: 1) he can do a quick side-step to the right and go around Rudiger and possibly have to go shoulder-to-shoulder with Camavinga (who is not yet close to Fermin); or 2) he can keep moving forward and contact Rudiger and try to engineer a foul. He chooses option #2, the ref sees it for what it is, and play continues. And note: Fermin doesn't protest loudly because he knows that he was trying to sell as a foul something that was not a foul.
Pedri should really try to improve on his scoring ability because look at his mates like Bellingham, Wirtz and Musiala easily score 10+ goals each season😭😭😭

Absolutely horrific decisions today. Easy penalty given when Vazquez can clearly be seen purposely putting his leg in a position to try and make contact. Same easy penalty denied to Barca however. It’s funny how Madrid fans try to taint Messi’s World Cup run saying it’s all penalties and then yet seem to go through using penalties in big moments themselves.
Also why does Kounde get a yellow card for reacting but Vini doesn’t for instigating?
How a week can change everything. We were on a roll 7 days ago and now its all over for us and the worst part is that in all this chaos that has ensued Barca for the last 10 years, Real have really put daylight between us and them. I remember back in 2015 we had 5 champions League and real had 9, and that didnt feel like much, I bet no Barca fan ever imagined that we were going into such dark times, at this moment, and I know Im not alone in thism all of us just need solace. Am just realistic. Barcelona has never been as big as real madrid. Team only had it's golden era once (2005-2015). While RM had it 5 or 6 times. Also if Barcelona isn't at his best there's no way they gonna win UCL. While real Madrid can do it anytime, and also how they want (they can even park the bus like Chelsea and beat man city). Luck is mostly on their side in big moments, their mentality is unmatched. It's like a movie. They are main characters. They have plot armor. Boy I have gone back to watch all these games over and over.. I have come to a conclusion that Barca need to hire a psychologist to psyc our players to know we are maybe 10 or 15 points behind Real Madrid even when the table say 0 points to everyone one.. maybe with that our players will know there are no room for some stupid errors like we’ve seen so many times not just this season but every other season.. thank you so much..

I know this was an el Classico but I can’t believe we took off lewa and didn’t put in a natural 9 like vitor, who mind you is being wasted away on the bench because Barca wanted to rush his transfer and not wait till pre season so he could adjust naturally to the team and league like endrick will when he goes to Madrid. Now vitor doesn’t get regular minutes he could’ve had in Brazil if we just waited a bit longer and is being wasted on the bench. I’m sorry for the rant but I truly hate to see a young player treated like this especially when brought in with a decently sized price tag.

What I think is the biggest difference between Real and Barca is that Real has a lot of players with a high pitch IQ and in Barcelona many players have a problem with it.
If that wasn’t a goal I’ll take it but atleast have the technology to check incase it was. It’s absolutely shameful to not have that type of technology in this age.

Cancelo is only good against those teams that sit back and are hard to break down. Not for teams that will attack us
ive stopped blaming referees a long time ago because ive realized barca are their own downfall in almost all parts of the season and run poorly by laporta on the sporting side..next season will be worse with rafa marquez as manager because he knows spanish and flick doesnt 😂😂

The subs were not bad ur just reaching n blaming the easiest person...it was do or die for us he took out Christensen to add more control n attacking prowess in the midfield that was completely getting over ran... remember we needed to win this game a draw would've been fine for Madrid

This game has frustrated me honestly not because of the performance of players or team but the officiating was unacceptable

Despite the bad decisions by the ref and the disastrous performance by lewandowski and cancelo, we hv some positives to take away from the game....the youngsters r the heart and soul of this team lamine, cuba and fermine was absolutely phenomenal coming off the bench its the 3rd clasico i hv seen him perform at a very high level...he loves playing against madrid
I am sorry. I don’t blame the goal line technology, this team is just not playing until the final whistle, they are not playing for their teammates.
No more blames for refereeing or any other factors. If the team was good enough, all that noise would not matter.
Cancelo is an attacking player. That’s where he’s dangerous. On the wing. Which is where he should play. As a winger or at least a wingback. He has speed, shooting ability on both feet, and has the vision to make a pass/cross/trivela. He is not defensively sound though. That’s why he should consider switching positions to potentially save his career.

As much I wanted those decisions, we weren’t convincing at all. Didn’t seem like we could even hold the lead. Everything seemed too slow and never really threatening. The performance was worse than the decisions. Btw Cancelo made the same mistake as he did with Dembele. Starting to lose faith in him tbh 🤷♂️
