Making a COZY Clicker Game in Scratch

Clicker games like Cookie Clicker or Clicker Heroes are really fun, little games everybody loves. What better game to make with the world easiest game engine: Scratch.
Can I make my own cozy Clicker Game without coding a single line. Since Scratch was initially developed as a tool to help people learn programming, you put together code blocks instead of programming the logic of your game.
