Thank you so much for your videos. Your crafting is always so beautiful. You really do put alot into your crafts. I enjoy watching all of them. I do some crafting but not on video. I would make me to nervous to do that. Also my computer knowledge is very limited. Just wanted you to know I appreciate your talent. 😊🌹
I enjoyed these projects as usual. I wrap my brushes in Saran Wrap if I know I’m going to need them again. If they are wrapped well and stored in a cool place they will stay wet and ready to go for days. I know several crafters swear by storing their brushes in ziploc bags in the refrigerator.
Brandy love your projects. I just took some pictures today from Hobby Lobby with like your books I took the pic because I want to remake them and your are very close. ❤❤❤❤
You are so right! Why do we keep special things packed away? I just recently decided that the quilts my daughters love that I have packed away are going to their homes now! Not when I’m gone! They should be used and bringing someone joy now ❤
Brandy these are gorgeous, I can't even begin to pick a favorite. The wreath and the basket arrangement definitely speak to me. So wild, rustic and beautiful. I love your boxes too, you know pink is my color. I never thought about using the colored wax to do the distressing in the edges, I love that. Beautiful work my friend
Hi Brandy, you can soak baskets in a little dish soap and water, brush as needed. Rinse well and set in the sun to dry. Also to everyone, all baskets are made by hand. How do I know all this? I have a basket fetish 😂
@deborahhunt4142 Hello Soul Sister, I also have a basket obsession. 🙌🏼I’ve collected them since I was a little girl. Unfortunately, I wasn’t allowed to keep them all. I use my vacuum with the hand held brush attachment to get most of the dust off before cleaning them with water and mild dish soap. I hate it when the dust bunnies or lent clumps up in the crevices after it gets wet. You can also gently reshape them when they are wet if they are misshapen.
These are so beautiful and inspiring. I’m going to make some of these box books to take to the ladies in the nursing homes to put their trinkets in after they eat the candy I’ll put in it. I like to take things to the ladies who have no families or visitors because they get so lonely. I love watching you and making your wonderful ideas to share with others. ❤
Brandy thank you so much for the inspiration and thank you for building us up and letting us know that when we put our minds to whatever it is, not just crafting, that we can achieve it.. so thank you very much ❤
These are all so sweet and perfect for Easter! I love the first wreathe best, it's elegant in a way. And yeah, a lot of art supplies are losing quality, the companies are switching ingredients to save themselves money but it ends up with lower quality supplies for us. It sucks, but nothing to do for it sadly.
Brandy, these are all beautiful, but my favourite is the basket! It is just stunning. By the way, the flower you used in it that you couldn't identify is a peony.
Hi Krista! I actually do have some in my videos list. I will be gone on the cruise until March so I won't be making new things this year for St. Patrick's Day.
Thank you so much for being so honest and appreciative to everyone! Your sentiment really touched me and the sincerity in your voice was real. You are always inspiring and positive and I truly need that sometimes. ❤️
Hello Sweet Friend! Thanks for your kind words of encouragement. You always manage to bring words of inspiration and provide creative inspiration. Ok, love these DIYS. I used to have access to many pussy willow bushes a few years ago, but they have been removed from the power lines near my house, just love them, love the addition to your wreath.
I have found live stems in the Kroger floral dept in late winter/very early Spring. Just to let you know if you have a Kroger. The stems will root in water, and you could have your own bush.

That tip about wrapping the paint brush with a baby wipe to use it again later is genius! Much less messy than putting the paint brush in a baggy.
