'Leigh' (Lee) is actually an English surname and even more reason for him to surely know the correct way to say it. He's probably trying to be clever and read it phonetically from the original Japanese spelling and it's stuck with him that way

Not really sure what to say since i havent played blue or green but if you wait for Op07 both green Bonney and blue Boa are really good leaders and their decks are pretty good
I would think about what cards are going to be useable after you make your investment as well. If you are looking at green, 8 cost kid will probably have a spot in most green decks going forward. Black will have a lot of staples such as tsuru, borsalino, ice age, and blue which, right now, a lot of different things will go into a specific deck mainly the Seven Warlords cards. In terms of blue, Doflamingo is great in 07 and a lot of things to carry over to Boa, not too expensive either. However, its hard to say if they will top big tournaments but are quite fun to play. For green, Bonnie is very strong going into 07 and is a real meta contender. In my personal opinion, Lucci is going to be extremely strong / fun and topping most locals / tournaments as a black leader. I hope that helps your decision!

Hey Wossy, I've veen struggling to find an english booster box for 0P-03. Do you know where to buy them or are they not being sold at the moment?
They are not being sold at the moment in booster boxes, although there is reprints for op03 in Blisters going out across Hot Topic and Box lunch so I would check those stores out. You could likely find a op03 booster box in English at a trade show but it definitely wouldn’t be retail
