There's not much advice that can help with this one. Same way that you won't be interested in a woman if she isn't the prettiest is the same way that women will repel you if you're confidence isn't at a certain level. The twins are over simplifying this. Yes it takes babysteps but you need to make peace with your fear and decide if you are going to let it stop you from living your life. I deal with the same thing. And it's not gonna change overnight. You are going to have to consistently push yourself to stand your ground and it's going to be tough at first. But if you stick with it and don't let yourself slide eventually you'll find your confidence. It takes work.

I myself do not have the full understanding of the difference between the two but I will say men being timid is a sign of the times. Look at how men treat women in general we are so timid and cowardly we’ve lost our own position of power and we do whatever the female wants and when we give in to cowardice we give those forces derived from the heart to Lucifer.
