Cottage cheese waffles/high protein waffles

  • Cottage cheese waffles
    Makes 4 waffles
    (15 g of protein each waffles )
    3 large eggs
    1 cups cottage cheese
    1 cups old fashioned oats
    1/2-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 tablespoon of honey
    Put all the ingredients into your blender or food processor. Blend till smooth . Cook in a preheated waffle iron . Enjoy with fruits or your favourite toppings .
