I was playing this a little louder than normal, and heard something in the hall outside the room. Looked out to see my Gen Z grand daughter dancing her butt off to this in the hallway. Cross generation music. I love it....
I just came across LLB a couple of months ago. They are GREAT! They’ve been on UA-cam 10 + years. My question is why hasn’t this band been on America’s Got Talent, the world’s biggest stage to show their diamond performances!
That was a flawless performance. You kept ELO's song true. The harmonies were spot on, and Ryan's drums kept perfect time. Great performance by all of LLB!!!!
WOW! I hardly ever comment but as always with you guys (LLB), I hit the like button. But I’m gonna have to say that, if it wasn’t for the fact that I seen that it was you guys, I would have thought that it was ELO! Here again, it just another testament of how detailed you are in covering a song. You don’t miss a beat, word , pitch, pace or a single note. I love how each individual brings their A-Game when it’s time to perform. As always, a continuous JOB WELL DONE!!!
Jessica McKenney's vocal prowess is out of this world! Everything she does with LLB is a real listening treat, especially with her infectious enthusiasm. Ryan's drum work is absolutely astonishing, as always. I play LLB's rendition of this ELO classic time after time on the same day, and it inspires and excites just as much at the tenth listening as it does at the first! BRAVO!!
Now you have to do "Evil Women". Great job as always... top notch musicianship and production. And you all look like you're having a blast. Here's hoping the ride never stops!😃
I don't even like this song but I'm going to listen to it all with a new ear because you folks are so consummately professional in your musicianship it forces me to respect songs I can't stand haha
I stop by LLB from time to time and am rarely disappointed. Arrangement, musicianship, vocals… spot on as always. Usual amazing job. 👍 P.S. Maybe he was just concentrating, but that bassist had a look on his face that would send a Klingon running for cover. 😂
Well, I was ready to be disappointed, because I love this song and have high standards. I was NOT disappointed. Once again, LLB takes aim and hits the mark.
The ONLY set they did that I found disappointing was the Huey Lewis Set. The lead singer was too meek & subdued, while Huey was front & center; fine as 40 Grit Sandpaper!
This band is incredible. All of their covers are well played and coordinated. I wish me and my band played as well as these guys do! I’d for sure go to see them in concert.
So JUST got into this awesome fantastic cover band - omg - love them. So the girl singing a lot of backings - is she the same amazing vocalist singing Barracuda?
Awesome rendition! Don’t know who the guy is that’s singing lead, but he did a Stellar job. The lady who was singing backup did awesome as well, no need to go into the acoustics, they were off the chart as usual! Once again,y’all have achieved Baller Status with this fun song!!❤☝️😎
Steve Broderson is the singer. He's no stranger to LLB. Jessica McKenney Is just absolutely amazing on vocals too. This band is my favorite cover band and they clearly work hard on each song to make sure it as close to the original as they can get.
ELO has been a staple in my playlists for decades. What’s better than ELO and LLB? Nothing. Bravo. Another incredible rendition of a classic tune. Spot on.
Wow...Had to come back and listen again and there are already 3100+ views!!! What's even more awesome is there are 137 THOUSAND followers..... Truly proves that LLB ROCKS!!! Now dang it Jessica...... have some fun out there!!! LMAO!!!
Every song you fellers do is always top-notch. I don't know why I'm always so blown away! By now I should be used to how amazing y'all are. But, y'all manage to mesmerize me every time!
Wow! You all nailed it! I been listening to this song since I first heard it on AM radio back in the day. And you made it sound just as good, if not better than the original. The lady backup singer was fantastic, and added in a great sound to the entire song. Good job LLB!
Saw ELO a few years ago. Best concert experience in a while. You all brought back the feels of that night. It was perfect. I guess all thats left to say is "More of that please" And....could Jessica be having any more fun? This is a group I could hang with!
No doubt you made Jeff Lynne proud! Lexington Lab Band still amazes me every time I hear their incredible (EXACT TO ORIGINAL RECORDING SPECIFICATIONS!) renditions of these incredible songs! They ALWAYS stay as true to the original as possible, both vocally and instrumentally. This band could easily go on a world wide tour and do all these incredible covers of the various songs they have done over the past few years.

AWESOMENESS!!!!!!
I get my gear from Sweetwater as well!
Listening to Don’t bring me down whoosh . The gentleman who sings this has done pretty intense eyes! Sings great!!!
Yes! Finally someone got it right. Closest cover version to the original I have heard. Well done. Especially the drumming.
I am purely flipped out why this does NOT have a million views.
Do yourself a favor before watching this, get your best headphones/speakers hooked up, turn the volume up to 10 and sit back and enjoy.
I was playing this a little louder than normal, and heard something in the hall outside the room. Looked out to see my Gen Z grand daughter dancing her butt off to this in the hallway. Cross generation music. I love it....
bahahahahahaha!

Superb!
Geepers. That song is hard to pull off with all the harmonies. Awesome!!
I like it.👍👋
Wow! Exceptional. You guys nailed it again.
That was a flawless performance. You kept ELO's song true. The harmonies were spot on, and Ryan's drums kept perfect time. Great performance by all of LLB!!!!
Every time I hear this it sounds better, love the drumming.❤
Whoa! Sharp, tight and right on the money!
❤❤❤ TWO of my favorite bands: ELO and Lexington Lab Band!
Amazing! Brings me back to my youth when I had all the ELO albums (cassette tapes). Love this cover band!
LLB should have 18 million views of this rendition instead of only 180,000......They smoked this song like everything they do!
This song saved 1979. Thanks for the awesome rendition.
1979 already had a lot going for it... Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, lots of good rockers back then.
It is a great rendition! But, I remember a different, better 1979.
Sorry, but in my book, "My Sharona" saved 1979! 😁
the cars were already saving the late 70’s.
@@bucklaker3980 Agreed! I must have listened to their eponymous debut album a hundred times by the time 1980 arrived!
That was fun. ELO is one of my favorite bands and it is NOT easy to replicate that sound. Flawless. Tight. A real pleasure.
LLB. One of the best group of musicians in the world. Your favorite songs from one group!!
The "Brrrrroooopps" in this song are not easily duplicated. You guys nailed it.
They're obviously saying 'Bruce' you uncultured swine. /s
It's actually "groos."
@@The_Kirk_Lazarus I’ve heard “Bruce” my whole life. WTF is a groos?
@@OvertravelX LOL! When Jeff Jynne sing's it live it is Bruce because nobody understood Groos. I watched an interview recently about it.

Yes The Girl is a real treat~!!
Totally, and HOW did he get that sound!?!
She is the bomb on every song!
Superb
Nice!😊
I wanna be adopted by LLB and just sit in the studio as they perform classic after classic.
Another Homerun. 5 Gold Stars...
Damn! That was awesome! The 70s are alive and well with LLB!!
Wow !!!
Must have been hard not to do one drum fill for 4 minutes 😅
My wife just left me. She went to her computer to listen to LLB! Thanks guys. 😀🤣
Now you have to do "Evil Women". Great job as always... top notch musicianship and production. And you all look like you're having a blast. Here's hoping the ride never stops!😃
I’ve been requesting evil woman for a long time. They know they need to do it. I even bought a shirt so it wasn’t for free. Lol.
Definitely want evil woman
And "Last train to London"
Nostalgic song LLB is the best
LLB never disappoints! Great performance and production! All the best from Cape Cod!
Wow, just Wow!!
Another excellent cover! Please more ELO!
I don't even like this song but I'm going to listen to it all with a new ear because you folks are so consummately professional in your musicianship it forces me to respect songs I can't stand haha
OMG, I love Jessica! Great performance by all, as always!
LLB could never bring me down, love their music.
Awesome/spectacular/excellent !
So beautiful
This is just incredible smh🎉🎉🎉
I stop by LLB from time to time and am rarely disappointed. Arrangement, musicianship, vocals… spot on as always. Usual amazing job. 👍 P.S. Maybe he was just concentrating, but that bassist had a look on his face that would send a Klingon running for cover. 😂
Absolutely remarkable folks. Another slam dunk.
WOW. Just WOW! The pop on the snare really drives this song!
Brilliant cover! Well done to you all! 👍😎
Jeff Lynne is one of my favorite musicians. Nice job and thanks as always.
Top song top cover✌🏻🤙🙏
Ryan can make even a basic 2 & 4 beat on the drums exciting. Nice job everyone.
Unbelievable. Just unreal guys
You guys are simply awesome. When you coming to the UK
Awesome cover, everything ! My right boot got a workout!
Absolutely awesome!
SPECTACULAR JOB!! Yet another home run by LLB!! Love it! Give us some more ELO!!
Incredible as always! We NEED to hear Evil Women and Mr. Blue Sky. They are a must have!
Yes and "Do Ya".
LLB never fails to deliver. Kudos! Nice touch with the British flags.
Ryan the human metronome doing a live version of a loop. Awesome!
The drumming was great. Best part of this song.
Very solid and true to the original.
Band is amazing but I’m here for Jessica!
Well, I was ready to be disappointed, because I love this song and have high standards.
I was NOT disappointed. Once again, LLB takes aim and hits the mark.
LLB never disappoints ! 😊

I can’t begin to describe how great this is! Amazing! Awesome!
YES!!! Spot on! This might be a top 5 for me.
This band is incredible. All of their covers are well played and coordinated. I wish me and my band played as well as these guys do! I’d for sure go to see them in concert.
Absolutely Fantastic !! (Aa usual) Love LLB
brings this Bruce up
Only thing missing is a dark pair of sunglasses on your lead singer!😎
I saw this pop up in my notifications, and thought "LLB covering ELO? This I have to hear!" I wasn't disappointed (and LLB never has let me down). 🤘👍😎
Peeps, this was OUTSTANDING!
Nailed the drums. Such a simple yet iconic beat that defines this song. I counted only 3 crashes, no fills, and one pattern change in the breakdown.
So JUST got into this awesome fantastic cover band - omg - love them. So the girl singing a lot of backings - is she the same amazing vocalist singing Barracuda?
Wow! I really hope this is going to be a series. I really need 3-4 more ELO covers!!!❤
I would like to see their whole concert they did at Wimbley stadium! I KNOW they could do it!!!!!
I want more ELO please!!!!!
Thank you LLB, I needed that👍🖖
Awesome rendition! Don’t know who the guy is that’s singing lead, but he did a Stellar job. The lady who was singing backup did awesome as well, no need to go into the acoustics, they were off the chart as usual! Once again,y’all have achieved Baller Status with this fun song!!❤☝️😎
Jessica is incredible. Go listen to her do all the Led Zepplin and Heart music! Just incredible.
Spot on.
Is there anything you guys can't do perfect?
I relive every song everytime LLB masters a new one.
Great job once again!
ELO has plenty of great tunes. Hope this is the first of many.
Yah, I hope they include their "Xanadu" c1980 soundtrack!
Damn you guys are good...
You folks nailed this song!
absolutely nailed it!! i love this song so much, the drum groove, the harmonies, everything!!
Wow...Had to come back and listen again and there are already 3100+ views!!! What's even more awesome is there are 137 THOUSAND followers..... Truly proves that LLB ROCKS!!!

Without a doubt the best cover that I have ever heard of this classic song and very spot on I might add!!
Wow! You all nailed it! I been listening to this song since I first heard it on AM radio back in the day. And you made it sound just as good, if not better than the original. The lady backup singer was fantastic, and added in a great sound to the entire song. Good job LLB!
Great job, once again, by beautiful Jessica and the boys!
LLB is at their best when they are doing seventies and eighties classic rock and pop!!! I want more, more, more!!!
Love it! LLB Rocks ELO!! You guys definitely fill the void. Great performance!
I gotta say, that was the BEST COVER VERSION I EVER HEARD, You guys are the best.
Absolutely fantastic! Well done guys. 👏🏻👏🏻👍

My kids just accused me of listening to "Dad Rock" again. I'm ok with that :D
Well done!
Good stuff!
Saw ELO a few years ago. Best concert experience in a while. You all brought back the feels of that night. It was perfect. I guess all thats left to say is

Omg. Electric Light Orchestra
Super tight performance. Great job 👏
This offering is just too cool. Moves right along and has a great beat. Looks like you guys had a blast making this one. Keep up the tremendous work!
Such a talented group of people.
Holy hell in a handbasket. Another smokin hot take from LLB. You guys are on FIRE!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Playing an ELO song CAN’T be easy!!…but of course you guys NAILED IT!!
