I think the reason why the shellsents with P-balloon Mario isn’t a thing because at the last minute they probably discovered a bunch of glitches with it and instead of letting those glitches out or delaying the update they just simply scrapped it, but it would still be nice if it was the future.

What happens if you collect a powerup while wearing a Shellmet with the P-Balloon? Does the Shellmet disappear, or are you just wearing a normal Shellmet at that point?

I just tested, and yes! At least, for the dry bones shell, since the shellmets won't appear when I hold down on mario for some reason.

They just act like the normal Mechakoopas except they have a laser. Nothing interesting happens with the laser though.
