Hi, friends, I have made a mistake at 16:39. The meaning of the word 'slovenly' is untidy and dirty, whereas I mentioned it as clean. So, I apologize for the error, please ignore it. Thanks @Saumya Verma for pointing it out!
Sir, TISS is 1 day away. I don't have a great vocabulary and I can't get the answer to the analogies in one go. Should I spend the rest of my time strengthening RC and grammar to ramp up my scores? What would you suggest? Thanks in advance.
@@_nom_nom_977 Hey, you can practice an RC or two, but not more than that. Tomorrow just revise the Quant formulas and have a glace at your GK notes. After 2-3PM, just stop studying. Go for a walk, relax yourself and keep your calm. It's not the time to worry about Vocab. Just try and give your best. ALL THE BEST, God Bless you.
As many of you are facing trouble in eliminating Scapegoat : Blameworthy option. Here is the explaination: "This was the closest option but the right answer is Sychophat : servile. Scapegoat is someone who is blamed for something he might not have done, i.e. “Bali ka bakra”, he might not be blameworthy always. But for a sycophat, being servile is a basic and permanent adjective." Hope it made sense!

Hey Pal, I would suggest reading good quality articles daily for around 1-2 hours in newspapers like The Hindu. Also please try to do as many sessions of books like: 1. Norman Lewis “Word Power made easy” 2. “6 weeks to word of power” by Wilfred Funk. Hope it helps.

D is the answer.
Correct :)
Mercenary as an adjective means who make money so why you have taken its noun meaning

Hi, the correct answer is D. It cannot be generalised that Scapegoat is blameworthy.
scapegoat:blameworthy?
Hey Devyanshi! This was the closest option but the right answer is Sychophat : servile. Scapegoat is someone who is blamed for something he might not have done, i.e. “Bali ka bakra”, he might not be blameworthy always. But for a sycophat, being servile is a basic and permanent adjective.
