  • Bittergourd Fry recipe:
    *Ingredients:*
    - 2 medium-sized bittergourds (sliced)
    - 2 tablespoons oil
    - 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
    - 1 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
    - Salt to taste
    - 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
    - Pinch of sugar
    - 1/4 teaspoon Amchoor powder (Aamchoor powder)
    *Instructions:*
    1. Wash the bittergourds thoroughly and slice them thinly. Remove any seeds.
    2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add sliced bittergourds to the pan and stir well.
    3. Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, Amchoor powder, salt, and a pinch of sugar over the bittergourd slices. Mix everything well so that the spices coat the slices evenly.
    4. Cook the bittergourd slices on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and slightly crispy. This usually takes about 5-6 minutes.
    5. Once the bittergourd is cooked, turn off the heat and transfer it to a serving dish.
    6. Serve hot as a side dish with rice or roti. Enjoy your Bittergourd Fry!
