Thank you. Clearing cache works, but how often do we have to do this? Also i have another issue, my daily step count got reset to zero after I removed the watch temporarily from my wrist. Hope all issues will go away with a software update else this is the worst piece of junk I've ever owned.

That is a security thing. The watch locks when you take it off your wrist, so it hides your data until you enter your passcode.
