As a 16 year old , I would like to share my experience on Instagram. I installed Instagram this year on March 27. I started exploring Instagram and started to watch reel ....at starting is was fine but as the time passes I realise that the reel , the content and the topic of today's reel are hella toxic and in comment sections are filled with bulllies who consider them self a sigma , chad ,cool person etc .. objectifying women , calling some mans "meetha"..ladka ke pass beard nahi , ladke mota hai , overall agar ladka unke banaye standerds me fit nahi hai to usko pata nahi kya kya naam se bulayege , seriously ye majak nahi hai its really affects the person.....ladkiyo ko kitne gande gande naam se bulate hai , ladkiyon se ye tak bolte hai ki agar tum full length kapde phanti ho to hi tum acchi ladki ho agar nahi to tum characterless ho ye ho vah .. infact ladkiyo ke baare me itni hate faila ke rakhi hai ki kya bhi bolu, comments me ,reels me , meme , har jagah Instagram me .....but atleast mere ko ye to pata chala ki kitne gande society our logo ki bich me hu mai , it was so frustrating ki itni gandi soch hai aj bhi logo ki ladkiyo ke bare me , I realised ki bina independent bane ladkiyo ka koi future nahi hai. I really got disturbed by this and decided to delete Instagram, yes i deleted and know atleast mai un ghatiya logo se to dur hu , it's peaceful........now days content on Instagram is only about how to hate a person who doesn't get fit in the so called shitty society standard

This is what Meta does! I had my interview scheduled for Front End Engineer Intern at Meta London. And guess what, the interviewer ghosted me, only to send a rejection mail without even taking the interview 😢

I am an ethical hacker, I would say the minimum step you would have taken is to remove your Dp or atleast keep some photos that doesn't reveal your identity and make your account private for some time.
How the attack works I'll explain:
The attacker take an account which is blue tick and change it to carbon copy of your account copying the username profile photo and bio etc and then report your account by saying that you're trying to impersonate them. So Instagram unfortunately believes them as they're blue tick account and ban your account. So the only solution you've is to disable yourself to loose their interest or to not upload your face photo in profile.
