All in all a nice video...one thing though, you should never use a metal utensil on teflon, other then that good job.

Decent recipe.. just needs to have eggs worked into it somehow.. as that's a normal part of fried rice. Also should cut up those veggies and mix them in before pressure-cooking, will help to spread the veggie flavor through the whole dish. Thanks for sharing this though!

Looks good and moist to me. Nothing soggy about it. Yummy! I can't wait to try the recipe. I wouldn't have thought to put the chicken in raw, but I get it. It probably adds more flavor than pre-cooked chicken. Thanks for sharing!

Common mistake but sesame seed oil is used for flavouring not usually intended to cook with. Otherwise, good job.

If your rice is already cooked would you add water still?

Thought it was suppose to be 2-1 water to rice.

He used converted or parboiled rice. This requires less water.

I think that I may have used too much water. 10mins, turned the Uncle Ben's rice to mush. still good tho 😉 next time I will try less water on 8mins.

cuz its just regular rice with an asian flavour, not actual fried rice. notice how zero frying happened in this video.
