Following the advice of Jessie I, I recently changed my breakfast from carbs and fruit to protein and good fats and it sounds crazy but it has changed my life.
I needed this video! I am working on my morning routine but get discouraged when I wake up later than my ideal wake up time. I guess I need to push through with the routine anyway. Thank you very much! Love your videos!
my go to breakfast for the past like 6 months has been a potato, bell pepper & mushroom scramble! i cook the vegetables on the stove with some olive oil, seasoned salt & pepper, scramble some eggs, mix them all together & top with shaved parmesan cheese!
I'm a big oatmeal gal! Most days, I add some brown sugar and a handful of walnuts, but I'll change things up on occasion and add peanut butter, a dollop of greek yogurt, and berries!

I’ve been eating the same thing for breakfast for over a year now: 2 scrambled eggs with spinach mixed in, 2 slices of turkey bacon, a slice of toast, and a pink lady apple. If I lift heavy at the gym, I’ll also throw in a cup of Greek yogurt with blueberries. Love your morning routine!

It creates personalized routines based on your preferences, offering HIIT, Yoga, and Pilates. My favorites are the yoga mixes with either HIIT or Pilates. You can choose specific areas to focus on, like back stretches or glute strength, and set your available time. The app customizes workouts accordingly and allows you to exclude exercises you don't like (I skip excluded and burpees) or specify those you like. Plus, they were really nice during the pandemic, offering free access when gyms were closed, and they support students or those with financial difficulties. about the question I don't eat breakfast besides green tea. but I used to have carrot sticks and yogurt for a while
Every Sunday I prep my weekday smoothies with protein powder, fruit, spinach, yogurt, chia seeds, and coconut water. I have one every morning and I might have a mid-morning snack or an omelette before I log on but I normally eat right at noon so I try to spread my eating out.
My current breakfast is Ezequiel toast with hummus, avocado, everything but the bagel seasoning and sunflower seeds (qty 2).If I have time I’ll add a fried egg. So easy and yum 😋 I go to bed early, have a sunrise alarm and STILL snooze 😩 I need to work on building a good morning routine.
so I’m a big brekkie girl and I like to have a good amount of protein bc I notice I get hungrier faster if I don’t lol but unfortunately I’ve been on a low fodmap diet so my breakfasts have been different the past few months 🥲 but since you like a lighter breakfast maybe you should try a frozen protein waffle (I like Van’s) w/ cottage cheese & honey or peanut butter!!
