You can FEEL IT 👍 It won't compare to a subwoofer but it's good for it's size.

Is the audio quality clear at Max or is it scratchy

Depends on the song but you wouldn't need it at full Max but if you wanted to I think you'll get that full peak sound. A bit scratchy but that's at the ridiculously high volume that you wouldn't really need to have on a normal basis. It's quite loud without Max volume👍

I'm not sure what you mean but it can play off a desktop,laptop,tv etc as long as it can connect to headphone jack
