Imagine if they had someone else's crane installed in their own factory! I saw a vise factory tour where they were using another manufacturer's vise on a few of their own factory machines!
Its funnt if you think about the fact that cranes help build new cranes, or smaller cranes help set the bigger once up(putting heavy pices into place). But how was the first crane ever built if there were no other cranes to help built it.🤔
How many companies out there are building Overhead & Gantry Cranes in the US? I gather there must be quiet a few. Which overhead crane manufacturer would you all consider building the best with the most trouble free operation? We may be in the market to purchase one for our small operation. So I am doing my preliminary homework. THANK YOU EVERYONE for your input.
Does Ingersoll Rand build overhead cranes? I knew at one time they were building about everything but some of their productss & properties have been sold off to other manufacturers just like Atlas Copco acquired the "Drilling Solutions" division, the manufacturer of Drilling Rig's and other related equipment.
........... The algorithm is too good.... been watching welding videos because i wanna learn... Today i was thinking 'how do they weld cranes' then this is my rec videos :s they are listening i tell you LISTENING!!!!!!
It is excelent!!!!!!! could you pls show me the short clip of KBK type Monorail with Hoist Capacity 2000Kg for Longitudional Travel of 30 mtrs and vertical movement of Hook 10 mtrs only.
The company seems to be very professional, i have no doubts about the Expert Crane´s quality, however, would be great to see the workers wearing/using proper equipments for individual protection instead beisebol caps and regular glasses.
@@tomthompson7400 Maybe not welding all the time but there are shade 5,6,7 and 8 tinted glasses ment for plasma cutting and tack welding. If you just tack with them and dont stare directly at the light then they work fine (and no you really dont need to look at the light after you have experience to tack). I own a welding shop and have many shaded glasses and even auto darkening glasses that work like a helmet that go to shade 12. If you do it for too long then you get a sun burn but your eyes are fine.
I worked for overhead crane builder Stanspec for 6 years in the former G. C. Kuhlman complex off of E. 140th St.
Excellent video. The cranes are beautifully fabricated.
Awesome! Great to see USA MFG.
Well organized workshop, and production procedures.

Ottimo lavoro.
jo to byly zlatý časy když jsem je taky skládal a svařoval
And where are the workers' helmets?...
I don't think a helmet is going to do much if one of those beams falls.

@@pikapi4035 Не ну здесь все зависит от контроля после сборки, а так да ты прав. Но я бы поработал там, и деньги не маленькие платят!

Very poor PPE safety practices. First welder wearing clear glasses to tack weld and no hearing protection. OSHA nightmare.
They be crucified if this was in the uk.. All welders have to wear air fed helmets now lol
