Volvo XC90 door panel removal

How to remove the door panel on a Volvo XC90 from 2015
The door panel from the front door have just 2 screws the 3 screws from above are missing.

Hi can this be done with the door closed. Door won’t open Maybe lock has broken Childlock is on so can’t open from inside either. The button has gone down inside door
