VOLVO Door Handle REMOVED/ How To

On these newer volvo the front door handles are released with a torx screw. The rear door handles are released by pushing clip in through the access hole. Secure it by using a long small hook to pull that clip back until it clicks.

What if there is no screw? I had screw on driver side but not passenger

it's the same with all sides

@@Amddetailing But the driver front door side has a torx there. Only thing that loosens is the key lock under the handle. But not the handle

I see now you use a torx on all sides. The this is not the same car. Our Volvo C40 har just a push clip to release, and use a hook to pull back when installing handle again. But driver side does not. Only has a torx for the lock mecanism. No release for handle

Guys to put install it back you have to have the hook 🪝 pull back the latch inside like to open the door with out the handle , pull it back all the way and loosen the screw on the outside again and it will hold the latch back so you can pop in the handle into the hook inside again. 1 hour took me to figure this out🫤
