    Nice looking scope - not too dis similar to my Hawke airmax compact 3-12 x40 ir .it cost £280 which is the most I've ever spent on a scope. I may very well get one of those for my flashpup if it ever arrives!

      It's a good bit of kit. I think it'll be hard to show how useful it is in one video. How's the new channel going?

    I have the original version sold under the Discovery brand as the VT3. Brilliant scope, with a better reticle for a FFP scope than the Veyron version. The only drawback is that the ocular lens wobbles about a bit when I have it fully wound out so I can shoot without my glasses on. I am never going back to SFP scopes.

    Vector optics are great scopes though they do lack in the option of fully illuminated reticles.

      I think the 30 mm tube is waisted with just 44 mil lens in front of it (it needs to be 50 mm even if you come down to 4 x 9 magnification I think that is more than enough for a sub 12 ft lbs air rifle. The crosshairs are almost impossible to see against foliage, so you will have to use the red dot on maximum power. To be honest I prefer using my Hawk 4 to 9 x 50 it gives a much clearer picture, especially at Dusck and is only a bit more than half the price of the Veyron

    ~300$cad is not that bad for a FFP scope !
    After breaking a few scopes I developed trust issues tho...
    Is there any warranty on their products?
    _[This might be a dumb question but does all FFP scopes have etched reticles? This sounds like something a springer cannot break haha]_

    • @RealAirgunAdventures
      @RealAirgunAdventures  2 роки тому

      Hi Lowkey,
      Yes this does have an etched reticle. In my experience vector and victoptic hold well on my springers. They do have a warranty and I will read it thoroughly and get back to you. Most spring guns are tough on scopes but in Canada I don't think you have the high power versions, like the US.

      @@RealAirgunAdventures with a Possesion Aquisition Lisence you can get pretty much anything that is not semi/full auto or silenced! (Same for firepews)
      But you cannot do much more than hunt small game with a .177 or .22
      _{They don't even mention bigger calibers in hunting regulations}_
      I dont have any .22cal or magnum break barrels but my Optimus springer was making just a bit less than 16ft-lb with a whole lot of twang wich was enough to eat my scope mount
      _[Gotta like them arrestor pins. I need mounts.]_
      If the weather is nice enough I will try it tommorow (detuned arround 13.75 ft-lb now) and see if the scope is dead after shifting a few times a few inches...or if it is "fine"...
