1 Root / Muladhara) Chakra - (Instinct/Security/Potentiality/Sensuality/Consciousness)
The Root Chakra (Muladhara) is associated with instinct, security, survival and also to basic human potentiality. It is physically linked to our circulatory and reproductive systems, and the legs, pelvic, genitals, and feet. When out of balance, you may feel tired, overly cautious, afraid of change and cold from weak circulation. Muladhara is symbolized by a lotus with four petals and the color red. It also affects sexuality, lust and obsession. Physically, Muladhara governs sexuality, mentally it governs stability, emotionally it governs sensuality, and spiritually it governs a sense of security, relates to the access of intuition.

2 Sacral / Svadisthana Chakra - (Relationships/Emotions/Pleasure/Creativity/Joy/Spirituality)
The Sacral Chakra (Svadisthana) is located in the sacrum and is considered to correspond to the testes or the ovaries that produce the various sex hormones involved in the reproductive cycle. Svadhishthana is also considered to be related to, more generally, the genitourinary system and the adrenals. The key issues involving Svadhishthana are relationships, violence, addictions, basic emotional needs, and pleasure. Physically, Svadhishthana governs reproduction, mentally it governs creativity, emotionally it governs joy, and spiritually it governs enthusiasm.

432Hz Harmonics - Theoretically 432Hz vibrates more in tune with the natural energy of the universe, the universe in which we are a part of. Versus 440 which is slightly off, or out of tune with the natural world... us. Basically, the A above middle C, in this day and age is tuned to 440. The idea here is that A is more harmonic when tuned to 432. Harmonic with what? Us, the world, the universe; nature. The principal is that if A is tuned to 432, and all of the other notes are in tune with the A, then the music is more vibrationally in tune with us, thus having a more powerful effect on us. It is said that 432Hz is healing to us down to a cellular level, even our DNA is positively affected by the vibrations.

Sometimes, when meditating, I forget to start with a solid root (and other lower chakra) meditations. I end up without a solid foundation, so to speak, and my higher chakras become unbalanced. I go to dizzying heights with too much fear that i have failed to cleanse from myself. It's important to remember your foundations and this meditation combo has helped me so much today. Understanding and feeling a connection to the earth and positive instinct is so important. I can't thank you enough for this series of chakra combos. Namaste and One

@@chriscasanova1193 Reiki goes very well for emotional burdens and healing the soul. Years ago I was so emotionally charged that I went to my Spiritual Teacher and she left me new. Many diseases are associated with emotional burdens, even neck pain is because you are silenced by many things. In many hospitals in Spain they do Reiki to the sick people so that they bring better illnesses.

Listening to this I realize that much of my room is dark red or burnt orange. My sheets and top blanket are red, as are my two paintings and most of my book covers (including my copy of the Lord of the Rings beside me...the Eye on the cover seems to be looking at me, and I know that although Tolkien ascribed a different symbolism to it the Eye is a protective symbol that goes back to ancient Egypt) and my three handbags are all predominantly orange. Orange and red are the colours of fire and blood, passion and love, and these are a necessary part of my life.
