dear anyone that may read this; you are enough. your existence is enough. you need not a dream, a desire, a wish, a purpose,, you are allowed to simply exist. you don't need to help anyone spiritually, you don't need to bear the world's weight on your shoulders. just exist. we are all worthy of life. also, if you struggle with depression, anxiety, ptsd, any sort of mental illness, disorder, disability, or neurodivergency, you are not "low vibrational" for having those. you are a human, you have complex emotions, problems, an ego; it is all part of the human experience. if we were meant to constantly be high vibrational, we would be built different and prob not be in this reality lol. it's okay to feel rage, have depression, trauma, etc. i believe everyone deserves to heal, and CAN heal. you are doing amazing, rest assured

Meaning of the ChakrasMan can say, the lower three chakras are the chakras, with which we must first get our normal worldly life regulated. The lower three chakras, as a unit, provide the foundation needed to function well in this world. Before you deal with the other, upper chakras, you should first bring the lower chakras to work well. So the root chakra provides for down-to-earthness, reliability, stability in life, that we no longer need to be scared, how we survive, how we can take care of ourselves. The second chakra contains the urge to reproduce, which is very strong even among western people, to express themselves in sexuality. That's where the feelings are, including self-esteem, and in the third chakra, the Manipura Chakra, is our ability to position ourselves in this world and assert our vision of life to live somewhere on a purely worldly level. And that's important, first of all we activate these lower three chakras and make them work well, that we stand with both feet in life, before we start to go into the higher chakras and to the level above or beyond the worldly align.
Well-known spiritual teacher Ken Wilber once said that you must first have a healthy ego before you begin to dissolve your ego. Often one reads in spiritual books, the ego is evil, it must be destroyed, we must go beyond it. Of course, we do not want to be selfish, but there is also a positive side of the ego of self-determination and self-assurance, defining yourself in this world and positioning ourselves with the many impressions and influences we have and there It is important to find yourself as an individual and to be stable with both feet in life. This is what the lower three chakras stand for ❤ Light & Love to you all.

After a late night and 10 hr day of classes downtown, I was feeling exhausted, depleted, and frazzled. Within seconds of listening to this, I was feeling whole, nourished, and calm. Gotta rethink my root chakra's health! I'm thinking some hematite will do just the trick, in addition to this meditation music, and revisit Kali.
i am sooooo glad you say that thank you thank you cause you seem to know more than i do and recently i experienced a bit like you... but it thought it was almost too good to be just that or a coincidence w root chakra opening... or my meditations next to it... - thought the BIG change was something else cause it would be like magic or being transformed into a totally diferent person after only root chakra work :-)the way i feel about life really changed too, people i knew...i mean in a crazy way, and i thought it was in my imagination or a coincidence ..lol worked on my root chakra only nothing else o the change came only from root chakras music ..thank you for confirming, some days it did like what it did for you...after being so tired you changed completely..and in a few minutes wow...you got your remedy. and it went fast for you so dont worry your lower chakras must still be kinda good...it will just get better now you know it can be:-).)

I am no longer a slave to fear, because there is no I. There Is only the "I"sness of this "I"nfinite moment, constantly Expanding and Evolving. When there is no more I, there is no more Identity, hence...no more struggle (attachment, anxiety, need/lack, or sense of separation). There is only what 'Is', and either your rejection (fear) or your acceptance (love) of that Isness. Now you realize You are the dance of the Universe!
