It does look like a stone bake or atleast a proper 300 plus oven, I'm not sure if it's fresh dough though, the bubbling on the edge would tell me it is but it's too uniform, frozen dough balls but freshly rolled would be my guess, the Battered sausage is 2 sauages unrolled in the centre, probably home made, new here but I'm liking your reviews, very honest
They deserve a better score lad,they don't do anything exceptionally but you won't find a single item on their menu that's durt.Their snack box is among the best around.love the channel!!lived in cork city and East for years,the lads in keohanes Midleton are half mad,you got them spot on.Give the lovely Deise a try,some great spots.
