I love how easily Chris is able to laugh at himself, people take themselves way too seriously sometimes but Chris just rolls with a lot of it so easily
I may have mentioned this in the first part, but Chris is seriously RT Core's Gavin. He has the craziest stories and does the dumbest things, but I'll be damned if he's not entertaining.
Actually missed that golden sentence seeing this bit in the past lel. Just as one would think the situation has been resolved and nothing else absurd could come up.
But you can tell what he meant. A hearty laugh involves a contortion of the belly muscles (a 'belly laugh'), which could arguably have an effect on a pregnancy.
I kinda feel bad for him because he is only funny when he's dumb as hell. Otherwise he gets kinda obscured by the others. Even Geoff in Last Laugh only described him as "Most Human". People usually laugh at him, not with him.
In Chris' defense for the soccer (OK, football you limeys) shirt, the fact that sports shirts proudly pronounce the sponsor over the team is somewhat confusing.
Actually Soccer is an originally English term. Although football is a better description of a game where you're you know... not allowed to use your hands. Just your feet. Unlike American football.

To be fair to Chris about the Emirates and Arsenal bit, I do not follow sports and I do not fly around a lot, so I've had absolutely no reason to look either the team or the airline up, so I was with Chris there being confused about what everyone was losing their minds over. Lmao, of course now I get it, but before that podcast episode, I had no idea who the Arsenals were and what the Emirates was.
In his defense, Blaine said it was the Fly Emirates shirt right before Chris opened his mouth. Also, the text size for it is the largest so one who doesn't know soccer might think Emirates is a type of bird mascot team name.
So does anyone know which podcast the cat in the dryer story Chris tells is in cause I’m not going through over 600 podcasts just to find that one story

That's an odd design for a sports shirt. I gather it must be the standard in the UK, but in the US, the team name or emblem is usually the centerpiece, not the sponsor. If I didn't know what Arsenal and Emirates were, I would look at that shirt and assume that Arsenal is sponsoring Emirates, as the emblem seems to be playing second fiddle to the giant "Fly Emirates" text. I understand Chris' confusion, but it's terribly odd design choice.

The tech crew dude was wearing an Arsenal jersey. Arsenal is a football team that is rivals with gavin's favorite football team (hotspurs). Fly Emirates an UAE airlines and a sponsor of the football team Arsenal. Chris, A) couldn't pronounce Emirates and B) assumed that Emirates was the name of the team
As funny as it is to mock Chris. The whole "Fly Emirates" thing was bullshit. They all act like knowing about a foreign sports time is common knowledge. They just keep laughing at him for something he never heard of before
4:32 Chris may be ridiculous in how he cooks fish, but I gotta disagree with Burnie. Fish is not all that complicated. All you really need to do is season the fish with salt and pepper, and then cook it in a pan/oven until it reaches 145°. Is it fancy? No. Is it easy? Quite. I think hes confusing "more expensive than chicken" with "hard to cook" Ps, im from the west side of michigan, where fishing is abundant, so fresh caught fish is not that expensive here anyway PSS. I recommend some perch(if frozen, defrost in a bag in a bowl of water), seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a pinch of onion powder on both sides(I love garlic). Turn the oven to 350 and put a pan on the stove to medium. Melt butter in the pan, put the perch in. Flip it after a few minutes when the bottom is a nice color, wait a few minutes, then throw the whole pan into the oven(make sure its a pan you can do that with) check every once in a while with a thermometer to check the temp( this could take anywhere from a minute to 10, it depends how cooked it got in the pan) when its about 140°, take it out(itll finish cooking on its own) and then ir you have one squeeze half a lemon onto it. Plate with a side bowl of either malt vinegar or a nice balsamic vinegar to dip into.
Where is that mall I need to be escorted out of there for actually running kids down on those things. (Also the Go-Kart place says I'm no longer welcome for using 'F-Zero' rules so I'm bored.)
