KLINGSPOR has manufactured abrasives in the United States for over 40 years.
Our production facility in North Carolina makes belts, wide belts, discs and sheets of jumbo rolls of abrasive material produced in Europe.
The conversion process requires a lot of hand-made steps besides our state-of-the-art machinery.
KLINGSPOR is proud to say, that 70% of the needed energy is created by solar panels on the roof of our new office building.

impressive, do you handle 3m trizact by any chance? my most used belts are trizact (A30 mostly) . i notice your employees werent wearing dust masks, is your exhaust system that good? i still use unoriented belts too sometimes ya gotta throw some sparks
This video shows our production, and we use our own KLINGSPOR materials. The large jumbo rolls are produced by the KLINGSPOR companies in Germany and Poland, and we process those to belts, discs, sheets and other products.
You do the whole material from scratch ? And what type of vellutino is it ? Thx
In the US we just process the material that we get from our headquarters in Germany. They use backing and grain to manufacture the coated abrasives.
